The order is deemed to have been completed as soon as the customer has signed the order confirmation. The terms and conditions are then recognized and accepted in their entirety. Any subsequent changes affecting the services or causing additional costs will be invoiced additionally.

Any subsequent cancellation after signature will oblige the customer to bear the financial consequences.

The current prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and do not include VAT. The prices are guaranteed for the period of validity stated in the offer. The prices published on the website are non-binding and are confirmed in the offer sent to the customer.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 15 days of receipt of the invoice and before the date of the service. The balance is to be paid by bank or postal transfer. Online payment by credit card may be accepted in exceptional cases for a fee of 4%.

In the event of late payment, Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl reserves the right to charge reminder fees or to terminate the contract.

• 30 to 8 days before: 75% of the total amount
• Less than 7 days: 100% of the total amount
