The “Atelier Ô en couleurs” is a two-part team-building experience that energizes the group before unleashing each participant’s creativity. We start with a series of fun, collaborative mini-challenges to awaken the senses, spark the imagination, and strengthen team bonds. Then it’s time to get creative: each participant chooses a ceramic piece from over 40 designs and lets their inspiration flow, brush in hand. An artistic, bonding experience full of surprises that ends with a tangible keepsake to take home.

How does the activity work?

The “Atelier Ô en couleurs” workshop consists of two main parts. We start with collaborative mini-games designed to help participants connect with one another and gently get their brains working—you don’t need to be a creativity pro; the goal is, above all, to have fun as a team.

Next comes the creative phase: divided into small groups of 4 to 6 people, the teams choose their ceramic piece from over 40 designs and personalize it with the colors and patterns of their choice. A facilitator guides the group from start to finish through both parts of the activity.
