Contractual conditions

Once the order confirmation has been duly signed by the other party, the terms and conditions are expressly recognised and accepted, both with regards to their scope and their performance (immediate effects).

Any modifications made subsequently to the signature of the order confirmation and which lead to an adjustment of the agreed services or which lead to additional costs, will be invoiced in addition. The financial consequences of any cancellations made after the order confirmation has been signed shall be born in full by the other party.

The rates of the services sold are those in force on the day the offer is sent to the customer. They are denominated in Swiss francs, excluding VAT. They are guaranteed during the period of validity of the offer. For offers published on the website www.une-bonne-idee.ch, prices are indicative and will be confirmed when the offer is sent to the customer.

To guarantee the final reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 15 days from the date of receipt of the invoice and before the date of the service. In the event of late payment, Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl reserves the right to charge reminder fees and, if necessary, to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

All services provided by Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl are invoiced and only payment by bank or postal transfer will be accepted. However, we accept online payments by credit card on an exceptional basis and according to agreement with a 4% surcharge of the final amount.

Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl cannot be held responsible for any damage that may reach the customer and whose origin is beyond its control. Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl is not liable for services provided by third companies, provided that the customer has been informed of the type of third company involved and the type of services they provide.

Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl accepts no responsibility for any unpredictable risks and/or risks linked to the behaviour of the customer or the participants. In other words, the client agrees to assume the remaining risk of a leisure activity that cannot be avoided despite careful preparation and prudent conduct. Within the framework of his/her personal responsibility and in order to ensure the safest possible conduct, the customer must follow the instructions of Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl and immediately report any concerns as well as any physical and/or psychological problems. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the participants of this security clause.

Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl and its auxiliary or mandated personnel are insured by a professional civil liability insurance. However, the client must also have health and accident insurance. In addition, cancellation insurance is recommended.

All cancellations of services must be made in writing and will incur the following costs:

• 120-61 days before: 10% of the total amount will be withheld
• 60-31 days before: 50% of the total amount will be withheld
• 30-8 days before: 75% of the total amount will be withheld
• 7 days and less: 100% of the total amount will be withheld

Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl is prohibited from disclosing any information communicated to it by the client and expressly stipulated as confidential.

Both these terms and conditions and any previous exchanges and offers (counter offers) serve to interpret the will of the other contracting parties in the context of the performance of the services.

In case of dispute or interpretation problems, the contractual conditions in the official language of Une-Bonne-Idée.ch Sàrl, which is French, shall prevail.

In the event of disputes between the contracting parties relating in particular to the formation, execution or interpretation of these conditions, the matter shall be referred to the Civil Court of the district of La Sarine in Fribourg.
